AXON NET Protector AIR is designed to protect devices connected to the 10/100/1000 Mb / s Ethernet network, connected to each other through a twisted pair running over an overhead line. The AXON NET Protector AIR device is the first level of protection for overhead connections. It protects each wire in a four-pair cable and discharges the electrical charge to the ground. The condition for the correct operation of the device is to connect it to ground (do not connect it to a lightning rod) or to a protective conductor. The best efficiency of surge protection is ensured by using AXON NET Protector AIR on an external line in combination with AXON NET Protector or AXON MultiNET Protector inside the building.
